WINTER OPENING TIMES

NOVEMBER 2009 - MARCH 2010

Winter tours of the castle are available on every Tuesday and Friday from 02 November 2009 to March 2010.  These castle tours start from the Island Cafe at 11am and 2pm.

All tours are dependent on the weather and sea conditions.  If in doubt, please contact us on 01736 710507 or 01736 710265 to check conditions prior to your visit.

Please be aware that the climb to the castle and paths around the island are steep, cobbled and uneven with no handrails. Sensible footwear is recommended.  

Dogs are permitted to the harbour area but not in the castle or grounds. There are no facilities on the island for dogs, and if you do insist on bringing them over please ensure they are kept on a lead and under control at all times.
