Halloween
Celebrate Halloween this October half-term and come in search of the legendary giant with his cauldron of prizes.
On Wednesday 31 October the Mount plays host to a series of FREE children’s fun activities to end our successful 2011 season on a high.
Professional storytellers will be on hand with spooktacular tales of wizards, witches and ghouls and other eerie activities will include Halloween face painting, a pumpkin display with Jack O’ Lanterns carved by the Islanders and frightening feasts including spider cookies, witches fingers and toffee apples. Island musicians, Slapdash Trio, will also be on hand to do their very own Monster Mash with a medley of fang-tastic songs.
Get your fancy dress on and come and seek out the name of the Mount’s legendary giant with a trick or treat trail where cracking the clues will win everyone a prize.
The fun kicks off 11.00am to 4.00pm.
