A fun and sunny day was recently had by island residents and families including James and Mary St Aubyn as they embarked on a 64 panel mural painting project under the direction of local Marazion Artist Glyn Macey.

It's official - the Olympic Torch will stop for a photo-opportunity at St Michael's Mount and carry on through Marazion between 9am to 9.30am on Saturday 19th May. Come and join us for celebrations of Olympic proportions.

This summer, an experienced crew from Mount’s Bay Pilot Gig Club will attempt a record-breaking non-stop row of over 180 nautical miles from Mont St Michelle in Normandy, France to their home port - St Michael’s Mount in Marazion, Cornwall in support of ShelterBox.

St Michael's Mount is teaming up with Newlyn School of Art to provide one day art courses taught by two of the school's well known artist teachers; Neil Pinkett and Maggie O'Brien.
