Purchasing Products
Once you have selected your products click 'add to basket. Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart please click on ‘check out'. You will then need to fill in Billing Information followed by Shipping Information – ensure that you select United Kingdom as the country to bring up a list of UK provinces.

Payment
Payment is made through Paypal. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to use this method. All major credit and debit cards are accepted or you can login to Paypal and pay using your account. Once your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation email.
Your credit / Debit card details are not retained by us at any time.
Delivery prices
Orders can only be desptached to the UK and a standard shipping cost of £4.95 applies to all products. You will get free UK delivery on all orders over £50. This only applies to delivery addresses in mainland UK, and therefore excludes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and all other locations. Returns / Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund or exchange then please contact us prior to returning goods. Returns without prior notification maybe refused.
A full refund will be given if the item is returned within 14 days and is undamaged with its original packaging. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods. On receipt of returned item we will contact you to make arrangements for refund or exchange. Please note that consumables or perishable food based goods are non-returnable.
Privacy Policy
St Michael’s Mount is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. When you order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail and address. A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. All this is necessary to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. When you are on the St Michael’s Mount website and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with St Michael’s Mount alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
We will never pass your details onto third parties.

Cancellation policy
We will accept order cancellations at any time prior to despatch and refund all moneys paid by the purchaser. Please note that despatch is normally within four working days of order.
