Head of Marketing and Communications (St Aubyn Estates)
Salary: up to £45k per annum, depending on experience
You will report directly to the Chief Executive and lead all aspects of sales, marketing, and insight across the St Aubyn Estates as well as managing the marketing team on a day-to-day basis to support delivery of a memorable visitor experience and the achievement of the financial targets in the commercial areas. The four key focuses of this role are:
• To develop, lead on and implement the organisation’s marketing, sales, digital, communications and CSR strategies;
• To conduct and report on customer, competitor and market research and analysis into local, national and international best practice and growth opportunities;
• To champion the customer and represent the organisation internally and externally;
• As a member of the SLT to (jointly) lead on the execution of our Medium Term Objectives across the business, taking a specific interest in our culture, quality, products, visitor experience and attracting more overseas visitors

Management / Project accountant vacancy
12 month fixed term contract, 35 hours a week
Salary: Up to £30K per annum, depending on experience
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced management accountant to join the finance team at St Aubyn Estates for an extremely varied fixed term role.
You’ll have a wide range of duties, including preparing management and statutory accounts, performing balance sheet reconciliations, providing analysis and advice for the board, and new systems implementations and other project work.

2 x Boatmen (Male/ Female)
A once in a lifetime opportunity to work and live on St Michael's Mount. We have two full time Boatman positions that comes with service accommodation on the Mount.
The role of ‘Boatman’ on St Michael’s Mount has evolved and developed over many years and is an integral part of both the visitor business and community life. Primarily you be providing the transport link for visitors, island residents, staff and the commercial enterprises. This is a “live-on” position and service accommodation is provided on the island for the better performance of duties.
