Getting here

St Michael’s Mount lies in the waters of Mount’s Bay, off the coast of Marazion. An ancient tidal island, it’s connected to the mainland by a cobbled causeway.

If you’re planning a trip to the Mount, you may need to catch one of our boats, which run regularly from Marazion when the tide is too high to cross by foot. If a boat is necessary for the times you’ll be crossing to the island, a boat ticket banner will automatically appear during the booking process. National Trust members are required to pay the boat fare when booking, but not the island admission fee.
